Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Challengingfailure Septic wants challengingfailure.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

If a Page Is Hard to Use

You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@challengingfailure.property and we will do our part to assist.

Tell Us What Went Wrong

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@challengingfailure.property and share:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Keeping at It

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
